Role Overview

The Senior Advisor Contracts is responsible for managing, administering, and evaluating contracts intended to support and develop the education workforce. This role contributes to supplier relationship management and performance and compliance monitoring of contracts using best practice.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of critical contracts that support workforce development initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Provide advice and input on contract-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on contract performance.

Requirements

  • Experience in complex organisations, particularly in the education sector.
  • Strong analytical skills, including ability to lead and support the development and delivery of complex analysis, business cases and advice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
