Key Responsibilities:

  • Alarm Monitoring: Monitor alarms, CCTV feeds, and security alerts to identify and respond to incidents in a timely and effective manner
  • Incident Coordination: Coordinate with clients, emergency services, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain accurate records
  • Security Personnel Dispatch: Dispatch and coordinate security personnel efficiently to ensure prompt response to incidents
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records and incident reports, including detailed descriptions of incidents and outcomes
  • Risk Mitigation: Problem-solve and make quick decisions under pressure to minimize risk and ensure optimal outcomes

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Experience in a control room, security, emergency services, or customer service environment (advantageous but not essential)
