Job Overview
Tauranga City Council invites applications for a Phone Support Specialist to join our Contact Centre team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and dedicated individual to provide exceptional customer service to our community.

The Contact Centre operates around the clock, and we need someone who can work a total of 16 hours per week, with shifts on Sunday and Monday from 10:45pm to 7:15am.
