Job Summary

Kettering Health Network is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Outcomes Specialist II to join our team. This role will play a critical part in supporting clinical outcomes measurement and assessments for quality initiatives and core measures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical nursing and experience working with data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze clinical data for patients with various conditions to support clinical outcomes measurement and assessments.
  • Perform data abstraction using established guidelines to support quality improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to quarterly and semi-annual data reviews and support data submission as needed.
  • Collaborate with managers to report physician performance variances for Service Line intervention and peer review purposes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required.
  • Current RN license in Ohio required.
  • Three years of recent clinical cardiovascular or medical/surgical nursing experience required.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and data analysis tools preferred.
