About You
  • To succeed in this role, you will need to be a registered nurse with current practising certificates and relevant experience in aged care.
  • You will be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Kindness, compassion and drive to deliver high-quality care to our residents is essential.
Your Role

As a Casual Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents. This will involve assessing residents' needs, developing and implementing individualised care plans, and administering treatment and ongoing support.

  • You will use pioneering technology, including our own purpose-built care app, 'myRyman Care', to enhance the care experience for our residents.
  • You will work closely with the Clinical Manager and Unit Coordinators to ensure the smooth operation of our village.
  • You will be supported by a comprehensive induction program, regular training and development opportunities, and access to state-of-the-art equipment and resources.
