CSS teams work deep in the heart of operations, supporting and helping customers, the wider bank and third parties with their banking. Customer Protection Officers interact directly with customers to achieve great outcomes, whilst adhering to service level agreements and ensuring accuracy.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide information and support to internal and external customers.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues to achieve objectives.
  • Multitask and investigate problems to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Manage processes and procedures across CSS teams and other duties.
  • Learn workflow management tools and enter data accurately.
  • Minimise risk through personal work practices.
  • Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.
