About the Role
We're seeking a Customer Support Adviser to join our Wellington-based team. As a key member of our Member Support Centre, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Members by responding to their queries via phone and email.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional service for all MAS Members
* Handle a mix of inbound phone calls and emails in a fast-paced environment
* Navigate various underwriting scenarios for general insurance products
* Identify opportunities to cross-sell other insurance products ensuring our Members have the best cover available to them
* Maintain a high level of accuracy when gathering and processing information

What You'll Bring
* Experience in a phone-based customer service role, navigating multiple systems
* Knowledge and understanding of what makes a great customer experience
* High standard of written communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure
* Great time management, organisational skills, and resilience
