Critical Role in Growth

Solera Corporation seeks a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Specialist to join its team. In this pivotal role, you will drive growth by selling to top national dealer groups. You will leverage your sales expertise and knowledge of the LoJack product to collaborate with sales, service, and marketing teams. This dynamic environment offers a challenging and rewarding experience with opportunities for professional development and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will establish and maintain relationships with targeted dealer groups, including partnering with C-suite executives.
  • You will deliver an exceptional customer experience from sales to onboarding and throughout the account's lifespan.
  • You will promote adoption of LoJack across all departments and stakeholders through value selling.
  • You will manage assigned and sold accounts through Quarterly Business Reviews and corporate relationships.
  • You will use Salesforce.com to document and drive the sales process, create compelling presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • You will prioritize your tasks effectively to meet the needs of existing customers while expanding your overall book of business.
Qualifications
  • Experience with large dealer groups at the corporate and store level.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • You should have a deep understanding of car deal structure from front to back.
  • You must be able to develop product knowledge quickly and articulate how it affects each department in the dealership.
  • You will need a proven track record of sales results, quota attainment, and elevating the performance of those around you.
  • You should be proficient in technology/tools to drive the sales process: Salesforce, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom.com, LinkedIn, etc.
  • You may be required to travel extensively, including overnight stays.
  • You must be able to work flexible hours and be available 'on-call' after regular business hours as needed.
  • You will need to be a motivated team player who is adaptable, comfortable with change, and detail-oriented.
  • A clean driving record is required (Class B license in good standing, no DUI or felony driving offenses in past 5 years).
