Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our revenue-generating functions, driving sustainable growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and sales channel optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue strategies, leveraging market trends and competitor insights.
  • Lead a high-performing team of sales, engineering, marketing, and customer success professionals to achieve exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the industry, staying ahead of market trends and competitor landscape.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of sales leadership experience in sales, marketing, and revenue generation.
  • A proven track record of selling SaaS solutions, particularly in access control, card readers, mobile applications, and smart cards.
  • Strong ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment:

This is a remote office position with a preference for someone based in Denver. The role requires approximately 60% travel.
