The Account Representative Role

This critical position plays a vital role in our Sales Team, supporting the growth of our regions and driving business success. As an Account Representative, you'll work closely with an Account Solution Manager to identify opportunities, build relationships, and deliver solutions that exceed our customers' expectations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Pre-sales activities, including lead qualification, discovery calls, and follow-up communications
  • Outbound prospecting to identify potential customers and schedule meetings
  • Managing inbound leads and responding to customer inquiries
  • Negotiating product purchases and executing sales campaigns
  • Developing strategic relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Providing expert guidance on product implementation and professional development
  • Collaborating with internal teams to drive sales success
  • Presenting virtually to prospective clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct sales experience or equivalent education experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Capacity to present complex information to diverse audiences
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Benefits and Opportunities

We offer a competitive salary range of $52,000-$58,000, depending on location, experience, and qualifications. Additionally, you'll have access to comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan and paid time off.
