About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Compliance Test Engineers to join our team, specializing in Electronics and Electrical products compliance testing and certification. This role will ensure that products developed or managed by Enphase meet agreed test plans and relevant national/international standards.

  • The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of industry best practices and relevant standards such as AS/NZS 4777 series, EN 50549-1, IEC 61000 series, and IEC/UL 62368.
  • They will be responsible for coordinating regulatory testing with Nationally Recognized Testing Labs (NRTLs) and gaining regulatory agency approvals for products.
  • This role will also involve leading the effort to gain and maintain self-certification status.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or other relevant education and experience.
  • Good knowledge of Electronics and Electrical Engineering principles.
  • A minimum of 2 years' recent experience in compliance/homologation, product design/development, or testing of complex electronics products.
  • Familiarity with photovoltaic systems, energy storage devices, or power electronics is an advantage.
