About the Position

We're seeking a Compliance Test Engineers to join our team at Enphase Energy, a global leader in the renewable energy sector. This role will involve ensuring that products developed or managed by Enphase meet agreed test plans and relevant national/international standards.

  • The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of industry best practices and relevant standards such as AS/NZS 4777 series, EN 50549-1, IEC 61000 series, and IEC/UL 62368.
  • They will be responsible for coordinating regulatory testing with Nationally Recognized Testing Labs (NRTLs) and gaining regulatory agency approvals for products.
  • This role will also involve leading the effort to gain and maintain self-certification status.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or other relevant education and experience.
  • Good knowledge of Electronics and Electrical Engineering principles.
  • A minimum of 2 years' recent experience in compliance/homologation, product design/development, or testing of complex electronics products.
  • Familiarity with photovoltaic systems, energy storage devices, or power electronics is an advantage.
