Join us on our mission

We are looking for multiple Compliance Test Engineers with ranging skill levels specializing in Electronics and Electrical products compliance testing and certification.

The Compliance Test Engineers ensure that products developed or managed by Enphase have been tested to agreed test plans and relevant national/international standards. They support Grid connection testing, EMC Testing, Hardware Design Verification efforts and will contribute to our business best practice of ensuring efficient, safe, and reliable systems, through regulatory compliance testing.

What you can look forward to …
  • Perform compliance testing using detailed knowledge of standards and industry best practices in our ISO 17025 accredited lab
  • Interfacing with Nationally Recognized Testing Labs (NRTLs) to coordinate regulatory testing
  • Gaining regulatory agency approvals for products by demonstrating product compliance with standards
  • Leading the effort to gain and maintain self-certification status
  • Contributing to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
What you will need to do it well…
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or other relevant education and experience
  • Good knowledge of Electronics and Electrical Engineering principles
  • Between 2 - 10 years recent experience in compliance/homologation, Product design/development or testing of complex electronics products.
  • Having experience with photovoltaic systems, energy storage devices or power electronics is an advantage
  • Working knowledge of relevant standards: AS/NZS 4777 series, EN 50549-1, IEC 61000 series, IEC/UL 62368, UL standards, and other relevant standards.
  • Working knowledge of National and International regulations and the ability to work with Local Authorities Having Jurisdiction (LAHJ) or regulatory bodies is a plus.
