As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and success through identifying new business opportunities, gaining new customers, and building brand awareness.

Key responsibilities include leading and managing sales teams, accountability, driving sales to achieve growth and success, identifying new business opportunities, and gaining new customers. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in sales or technical roles, with an engineering or technical background being an advantage.

The role requires results-oriented and self-motivated individuals with leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong working relationships and influencing customers. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, as well as the ability to travel to maintain and explore potential markets and customers.
