At Heartland Bank, we're seeking a talented Business Development Specialist to join our Auckland-based team.
Role OverviewWe're looking for a passionate professional to deliver exceptional service to prospective customers across New Zealand, guiding them through their financial options and helping them achieve their goals in retirement.
This role involves engaging with customers via inbound and outbound calls, answering questions and highlighting the benefits of our reverse mortgage solutions. You will assist customers in making informed borrowing decisions, proactively manage your pipeline, follow up on leads, and work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional service and guidance on our reverse mortgage solutions.
- Assist customers in making informed borrowing decisions, taking into account their individual circumstances and goals.
- Proactively manage your pipeline, ensuring systems and documentation are up to date and accurate.
- Follow up on leads, building strong relationships and delivering outstanding service.
- Proven customer service experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve successful outcomes, working collaboratively as part of a team.
