**Centralized Invoicing Role:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage our centralized invoicing process. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing.
Responsibilities:
- Daily Invoice Processing: Ensure daily invoices for all plants are processed efficiently and accurately.
- Invoice Delivery: Send invoices to customers via email and portal uploading, maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support for Tech Center/Tool Shop Invoicing, Scrap Material Invoicing, and Invoice Process Management.
- Dispute Resolution: Oversee Billing Dispute Log and Chargebacks Report to resolve any discrepancies promptly.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of an Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a valuable asset.
- The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
