Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Financial Data Specialist to join our team on a 12-month parental leave cover arrangement. This role involves high-volume manual data entry and invoicing, requiring strong attention to detail and administrative skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Accounts Payable (2+ years) and knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Apparel21.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for invoice processing, reconciliations, supplier support, payments, and compliance.

As a key member of our team, you will identify ways to streamline processes and enhance efficiency, ensuring timely and precise vendor statement reconciliations.

  • High-volume data entry and invoicing
  • Strong administrative and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Accounts Payable (2+ years)
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, AP21 preferred)
