About the Workplace Coordinator Lead Role

The role of the Workplace Coordinator Lead is critical to delivering exceptional client experiences through on-site workplace services. As the first point of contact, this individual welcomes employees with genuine hospitality and provides thoughtful services.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and minimizing escalations.
  2. Manage a wide range of workplace services, including facilities management, event coordination, meeting room maintenance, and technical support guidance.
  3. Ensure adherence to workplace guidelines, maintain high service standards, and identify opportunities for service expansion.
  4. Prevent stakeholder escalations for operational tasks and work with ANZ Experience lead to implement processes and procedures.
  5. Foster a positive team culture, provide training on administrative tasks, and conduct performance reviews for direct reports.

Requirements

  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong time management and project coordination abilities.
  • Experience in hospitality, hotel management, or high-end corporate concierge services.
  • Prior experience managing meeting room services.
  • Proven track record in continuous improvement initiatives and client reporting.
  • Ability to present a professional and friendly corporate image.
