Customer Experience Director

We're seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Director to join our team at CGR Services. As a key leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to deliver exceptional customer experiences across our store network.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer experience strategies to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
- Monitor and report on key customer experience metrics to inform business decisions.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or management role.
- A deep understanding of customer behavior and preferences.
- A strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
