Requirements

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills, including commercial relationships
  • Highly developed administration and budget management skills
  • Relevant industry experience in primary industries is an advantage
  • Experience in an adult learning or training environment
  • The ability to think critically, be innovative, and drive change
