About the Role

The Compliance Program Lead will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the organization's adherence to regulatory requirements and fostering a culture of sustainable compliance. You will lead the obligations management process, develop strategic initiatives, and ensure regulatory change is executed within ASB's framework.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the obligations management process to implement regulatory change.
  • Developing and executing strategic initiatives for efficient and safe implementation.
  • Establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with regulatory change programs, risk, and other business stakeholders.

Requirements

You will need a minimum of 7 years' experience within medium to large corporates, ideally with a risk, compliance, or legal background. Strong knowledge of operational and compliance risk management and financial services regulation is essential.
