We are looking for a seasoned Senior Coding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare data management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our coding practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Accurate coding and classification of inpatient data.
  • Analysis and review of clinical documentation.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Training and development of junior staff members.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 5-8 years of inpatient coding experience.
  • Hold CCS or CPC certification.
  • Proficient in coding compliance and medical billing principles.
