Job Overview


This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled occupational therapist to join our team and provide high-quality care to clients in their homes and on the inpatient ward. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload and work closely with other professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.


Main Responsibilities



  • Delivering occupational therapy services to clients in their homes and on the inpatient ward
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Contributing to the development of treatment plans and implementing interventions to achieve optimal client outcomes
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent patient experiences

Essential Qualifications and Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy or equivalent qualification
  • Registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of New Zealand
  • Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in occupational therapy
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education
