Regional Sales Growth Executive

About the Role:
This Diabetes Territory Business Manager position is crucial to the growth and success of Dexcom's Tandem Insulin Pump and CGM portfolio. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will drive national business performance targets and make a lasting impact in the diabetes healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Dexcom's CGM and Tandem Insulin Pump products to public and private sector stakeholders.
- Directly engage with consumers and healthcare professionals to ensure sales growth, excellence of service, and support.
- Provide technical expertise and support to healthcare professionals and consumers.
- Deliver education and training at target centers, including endocrinologists, diabetes nurse specialists, diabetes educators, and dieticians.
- Influence healthcare professionals to prescribe Dexcom and Tandem products.
- Train healthcare professionals on product usage.
- Represent Dexcom and Tandem at trade shows, exhibits, and community events.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate territory sales growth.
- Implement strategies and monitor progress towards sales goals using analytical tools.
- Manage territory travel and business-related expenditure effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year experience in a related role, preferably in Diabetes/Medical Device.
- Healthcare/Science-related background with previous medical and/or pharma sales experience and a track record of high sales success.
- Experience in the sales industry, preferably in the medical/healthcare sector.
- Current Driver's License.
- Current Working with Children's Check.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and/or evenings.
- Unrestricted work rights within New Zealand.
