We are seeking a skilled Porter to join our team, responsible for ensuring our guests' every need is met. As a key member of our team, you will be the face of our resort, providing a warm and welcoming experience to our discerning guests.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional service to our guests, attending to their luggage and transportation needs
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a cohesive and exceptional guest experience
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests
• Work a minimum of 40 hours per fortnight
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role would be highly beneficial, but not essential.
