Job Description
This full-time position is for an experienced Banking and Accounts Receivable person to join our Finance and Administration Team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in accounting or equivalent experience. Key responsibilities include accounts receivable and debtor management, reconciliation of bank accounts, and liaising with funding agencies.
Responsibilities
- Process payments and manage accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank accounts and maintain internal control systems
- Liaise with funding agencies (e.g. WINZ and MOH)
- Assist in year-end annual reports/audit process
Qualifications and Skills
Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in credit control, accounts receivable, debtor management, budgeting, and financial accounting. They should also possess well-organised, attention to detail, and excellent time management skills.
