Job Description

The Laboratory Manager plays a key role in delivering specialized technical services and operational support to teaching and research laboratories within the Department of Chemical and Process Engineering. The position requires expert advice and guidance on chemical handling, laboratory management, and equipment maintenance.

About You

  • A Bachelor's Degree (NZQA Level 7) in Science, Chemistry or equivalent is required.
  • You should have at least three years of experience in laboratory management, analytical equipment operation, and experimental equipment servicing.
  • Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to high-quality work and professionalism.
