About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and manage client relationships within our ICT team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in account management and business development, with a deep understanding of modern IT solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth within the ICT sector.
- Develop and present customized IT solutions to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, collaborating with technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Travel within Papua New Guinea and other Pacific countries as required, representing CAREER141 at industry events and conferences.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in ICT sales, account management, or business development, with a strong understanding of IT solutions and cloud computing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- A self-motivated individual with a target-driven mindset, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- New Zealand or Australian nationality, with the ability to travel frequently within PNG and other Pacific countries.
