Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ICT Services Manager to oversee the delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our ICT services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our ICT systems, infrastructure, and support services align with our business needs, providing a secure, efficient, and reliable technology environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations, with experience working in medium and large enterprises. They will possess excellent technical knowledge, including expertise in standard operating systems, networking, and cybersecurity.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Project management of IT projects, including solution architecture, design, and implementation
  • Managing enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity frameworks
  • Liaising with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role with a Service Provider or Multinational Institution
  • Tertiary qualification in Computing Science and Information Systems or a related field
  • Excellent reasoning skills, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation and documentation capabilities
  • Experience working with suppliers to deliver solutions
