About The Role

The Park Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Peketā Campground, ensuring a welcoming and well-maintained environment for guests.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading and motivating a small team to deliver excellent customer service.
  2. Managing bookings, administration, and general business operations.
  3. Overseeing and delivering site maintenance, cleaning, and general upkeep.
  4. Ensuring health and safety standards are met.

You will also be required to work varied hours, including weekends and public holidays, and remain onsite some nights as part of our team roster.

About You

We are looking for someone who has previous experience managing or operating a business, preferably in a campground, hospitality, or accommodation management context.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  1. Financial management experience.
  2. Leadership and teamwork skills.
  3. Problem-solving ability and practicality.
