In this role, you will play a key part in driving new business opportunities, increasing market share, and representing our estate agency business in your local area. You will be responsible for canvassing and prospecting for new business, identifying and pursuing potential leads, and building relationships with customers to grow our client base.

Your journey as a Business Development Representative will begin with comprehensive training at our purpose-built Learning & Development Centre. Our industry-leading training programme will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role and provide you with the tools to excel in your position.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly business targets">
  3. Ensure that all valuation generation activities are conducted in accordance with our operating standards">
  4. Proactively communicate with clients through high levels of outbound call volumes and door-to-door canvassing">
  5. Manage market leads effectively using our ROSIE software system">
  6. Engage in daily 1:1 meetings with your line manager to identify coaching and business development opportunities">
  7. Respond to intranet leads and manage portal opportunities driven through Rightmove Opportunity Manager and On The Market Valuation Manager">
  8. Generate referral business through first-class customer engagement">
  9. Participate in local canvassing and prospecting activities, including social media and leaflet distribution">
  10. Build your personal brand through frequent social media and video usage">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A full, clean UK driving licence">
  • Access to your own vehicle, which must be in good condition">
  • The ability to work both independently and within a team">
  • Basic IT proficiency and attention to detail">
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK as per the Immigration, Asylum, and Nationality Act 2006">
  • Evidence of right to work in the UK, such as a passport or birth certificate">
