Job Title:

Customer Success and Growth Expert

Job Summary:

The Customer Success and Growth Expert will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships within assigned accounts.

This includes building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing customer needs to develop tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of SAP solutions and services
  • Analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their business objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing customer relationships

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in account management or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships
  • Strong understanding of SAP solutions and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Advanced degree preferred (MBA or equivalent)
  • Professional certifications (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) a plus
