**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team as a Healthy Homes Project Administrator. In this role, you will provide critical support to our Housing Adequacy Team, ensuring timely completion of jobs and contributing to the success of our Healthy Homes Programme.

This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. If you are passionate about social impact and eager to contribute to a meaningful cause, we encourage you to apply.


**Responsibilities:**

  • Process referrals efficiently, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Maintain strong relationships with whanau/aiga and resolve any issues that arise
  • Communicate effectively with landlords/property managers and external contractors
  • Manage calendars and diaries for both internal teams and external partners
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records
  • Monitor project timelines, providing regular updates to the team

**Requirements & Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 1+ year of experience working in administration support, preferably in the housing, charity, or health sectors
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite and CRM systems
