The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our finance team. This is a full-time, permanent role based in our Support Office in East Tamaki in Auckland.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Enter supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
  2. Manage allocations and supplier account reconciliations
  3. Match goods received to supplier invoices
  4. Process regular payment runs
  5. Code general ledger entries correctly
  6. Resolve creditor enquiries promptly
Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Positive and solutions-focused attitude
  • Strong attention-to-detail skills
  • Experience in Excel and an ERP package
