The OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our finance team. This is a full-time, permanent role based in our Support Office in East Tamaki in Auckland.
Key Accountabilities- Enter supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
- Manage allocations and supplier account reconciliations
- Match goods received to supplier invoices
- Process regular payment runs
- Code general ledger entries correctly
- Resolve creditor enquiries promptly
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Positive and solutions-focused attitude
- Strong attention-to-detail skills
- Experience in Excel and an ERP package
- Good time management skills
- Excellent customer service/relationship skills
- Collaborative and supportive team player
