About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cash Operations Officer to join our team in Auckland. In this role, you will work closely with the Client Team and Relationship Managers to deliver outstanding technical and customer service to our adviser clients and end-clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage incoming and outgoing funds to ensure prompt and efficient handling, meeting service delivery standards for both clients and advisers.
  2. Provide support and information to advisers to help build their funds under management on our platform and maintain scalability.
  3. Process direct debits, switches, and payment files within SLAs.
  4. E nsure procedures and authorisations are followed correctly.
  5. Verify correct funding is maintained.
  6. Respond to adviser and client queries and maintain outstanding customer service.

Requirements:

  1. 2-3 years of relevant financial services industry experience.
  2. Advanced telephone customer support skills.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. A solid understanding of key investment principles relating to performance, taxation, and trading.
