The Opportunity: As the Team Leader, Parks Planning, you will play a crucial role in protecting, enhancing, and enabling the growth of Hamilton's open space network. Your leadership skills will foster positive outcomes for staff and the community.

Your Skills and Experience: We seek an individual with at least 7-10 years of experience in parks and recreation planning, urban planning, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role. You should possess strong interpersonal skills, ability to negotiate risk, and apply mitigation strategies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. You should also have a demonstrated commitment to community engagement and public service.
