We're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to lead our efforts on the East Coast. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans, managing pipelines effectively, and forecasting sales outcomes.
About the Role:
You'll engage key decision-makers, build trust, and become a trusted advisor in their clinical research journey. You'll also work closely with Solution Leads, Solutions Architects, and Scientific Consulting teams to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs.
Responsibilities:
Drive Strategic Growth: Own and execute the sales strategy for biotech accounts, ensuring revenue targets and business objectives are met.
Engage Key Decision-Makers: Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor in their clinical research journey.
Develop & Implement Sales Plans: Create sales plans that cater to client needs, working closely with Solution Leads, Solutions Architects, and Scientific Consulting teams.
Lead Complex Sales Cycles: Manage high-value sales processes, from initial engagement through contract negotiation and close.
Collaborate Across Teams: Foster collaboration across teams to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs.
Forecast & Report: Provide accurate sales forecasts, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
