Psychological Care Coordinator

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team, providing psychological care to young people involved in the justice system. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of child and adolescent development and experience in conducting assessments and delivering evidence-based interventions.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including risk assessments for self-harm, harm to others, and vulnerability.
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans incorporating psychotherapy and behavioural strategies.
- Prepare forensic reports, clearly communicating complex psychological concepts to legal professionals.
Requirements:
- Registered Clinical Psychologist with a minimum of 2 years' experience in child and adolescent mental health service.
- Strong understanding of child and adolescent development.
- Experience in conducting assessments and delivering evidence-based interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
