The Service Coordinator plays a critical role in the management and oversight of supported living for our people. This position requires direct responsibility for staff working in homes, monitoring health, lifestyle, and behavioural outcomes, and collaborating with other health professionals to ensure responsive services that are individualised and of high quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the delivery of supported living services\
  • Lead a team of staff working in homes\

Requirements

\

To be successful in this role, you will require:

\
  • \
  • A Diploma or Bachelors in Human Services or a relevant area such as health, teaching, psychology, social work, or management\
  • A background working in the health, disability, or social services sector\
  • Demonstrated training, leadership, and resource management skills\
  • Experience in managing teams and human services essential\
  • A Class 1 Full NZ Drivers Licence\
  • Experience and qualifications in mental health welcomed\
