Key Responsibilities- Expert planning and organising skills to break down complex strategies, goals and objectives and allocate them across the Business Enablement function.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills to convey complex concepts and techniques to lay audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to identify competing priorities, negotiate and influence trade-offs with interested parties.
- 2-3 years' experience working as a Release Train Engineer or Agile Coach.
- In-depth knowledge of agile practices and Lean, Agile, or Scaled Agile certifications.
