As an Intermediate Planner, you will be collaborating closely with engineers and surveyors, servicing a range of clients from across the country. You will work on projects spanning from residential subdivisions to complex industrial projects, collaborating with a talented and supportive team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage resource consent applications and other planning processes, and liaise with consultants, stakeholders, regional and local authority representatives.
- Lead and work on local projects through to completion, working alongside colleagues from different disciplines.
- Work alongside other disciplines to produce high-quality work for clients.
- Project manage the different stages associated with planning projects.
- Create and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain concise communication with other offices and the rest of the planning team.
