Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to analyse and interpret information, deal with challenges creatively, and achieve business-focused solutions. You should have experience in process analysis, process mapping, and implementing process change within a large or complex organisation. Additionally, you must possess knowledge of cost-benefit modelling techniques, formal business analysis tools, and methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
