About the Job

We are seeking a skilled butcher or experienced professional to join our team as a Gourmet Butchery Professional. This full-time role involves producing high-quality meat products, mentoring apprentices, and maintaining exceptional merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Produce a variety of meat products, including gourmet cuts and sausages.
  2. Develop new and innovative meat products to enhance our Butchery offering.
  3. Mentor and train apprentice butchers, sharing knowledge and expertise.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high standard of merchandising.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Qualified butcher or experience in a similar field.
  • Passion for the Butchery trade and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
