Main Responsibilities
- Interpret medical images to diagnose and manage various conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
- Work closely with emergency department staff to provide timely and accurate diagnoses
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Necessary Qualifications
- FRANZCR qualification or equivalent
- Eligibility for vocational registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand
- Experience in diagnostic imaging modalities, including CT, X-ray, MRI, and ultrasound
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
