Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager (ANZ), your primary responsibility will be to lead the ANZ Customer Success Team to achieve key performance indicators related to customer activation, retention, and revenue growth. You will develop and implement effective retention strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and monitor customer feedback to inform data-driven solutions.

Additionally, you will work closely with the sales team to optimize customer onboarding processes, improve efficiency, and increase activation rates. You will also recruit, onboard, and coach high-performing team members to achieve individual and team objectives.

  • Main Objectives:
  • Drive customer success and revenue expansion in the ANZ region.
  • Improve customer retention rates and reduce churn.
  • Enhance the overall customer experience through effective onboarding and training.
