The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Director - Growth to join our senior commercial team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll drive our next phase of expansion, developing high-impact growth strategies and securing long-term partnerships with top-tier brands.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive pipeline of strategic targets, prioritising opportunities that will have the biggest impact on ArchiPro's ecosystem.
  • Represent ArchiPro as a senior leader at industry conferences, networking events, and in key stakeholder discussions.
  • Partner with Client Success and Product teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process and to maximise long-term success of newly acquired brands.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven track record of securing and managing high-value, long-term partnerships with recognised brands.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting market data, competitor strategies, and performance metrics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with the architecture, building, design, or construction ecosystem (highly desirable).
