Job Summary
We are seeking two Workforce Planners to join our team in ensuring that our workforce is effectively aligned with our strategic goals and operational needs. This role is pivotal in delivering strong operational workforce planning and data, information, and analytical needs. You will ideally possess Māori and/or Pacific cultural competencies, offering insights to improve our workforce planning processes.

Key Responsibilities
This role will be focused on delivering strong operational workforce planning and data, information, and analytical needs. You will be responsible for analysing, designing, developing, and improving workload management and forecasting strategies. Strong skills in data analysis and transformation are essential. Strong skills in influencing stakeholders and collaboration are crucial as you will lead a portfolio. Focus on delivery and customer experience is a must. Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, and PowerBI is highly desirable. You will ideally possess strong Māori and/or Pacific cultural competencies, offering insights to improve our workforce planning processes.
