This role is pivotal in ensuring that our workforce is effectively aligned with our strategic goals and operational needs.
You will ideally possess Maori and/or Pacific cultural competencies, offering insights to improve our workforce planning processes.One role will be focused on delivering strong operational workforce planning.One role will be focused on delivering data, information, and analytical needs.Both roles will have elements of each of the above.
To find out more, please click here: 'Workforce Planner Position Description'Nga Pukenga Motuhake | Important SkillsYou must be adept at managing a busy environment.Experience in analysing, designing, developing, and improving workload management and forecasting strategies is essential.Strong skills in data analysis and transformation are essential.Strong skills in influencing stakeholders and collaboration are crucial as you will lead a portfolio.Focus on delivery and customer experience is a must.Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, and PowerBI is highly desirable.You will ideally possess strong Maori and/or Pacific cultural competencies, offering insights to improve our workforce planning processes.The base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000 with appointment depending on skills and experience and internal relativities.
ACC also offers 9% superannuation on top of base salary.
Flexible hub location; however, other locations may be considered for the right applicant.
