The Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Business Culture Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our People and Culture function, you'll play a pivotal role in cultivating a high-performance culture and fostering an engaged workforce. You'll work closely with our General Managers, Senior Leadership teams, and leaders across our Group Operations portfolio to align people strategies with business objectives.

About You
You'll need 5-7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, with a solid understanding of both business and HR functions. Your expertise in managing employee relations issues, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment will be essential. You should have strong communication skills, curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Additionally, you'll need experience coaching managers and leaders on people management, performance issues, and leadership development.
