Job Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision makers, and collaborating with internal teams to drive sales growth.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop strategic business plans and marketing programs to support sales growth.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  4. Represent Datacom's interests in the sale of managed services, project services, IT infrastructure, maintenance, software, and other solutions.
Requirements
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the IT services market.
  • 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of achievement.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience selling into Government would be highly regarded.
